National Seminar on the Newly Built Stone Temple of Madhya Pradesh

The National Seminar on the newly built stone temple of Madhya Pradesh was organized in the Eklavya Auditorium organized by the Department of History, Eklavya University and in collaboration with the Indian Council of Historical Research, Delhi. First of all, this program started with invocation and Ganesh Vandana. The inaugural session was presided over by the Chancellor of Eklavya University, Damoh, Dr. Sudha Malaiya did it.
Chief guest Prof. Rakesh Prasad Pandey, Vice-Chancellor in-charge, Jiwaji University, Gyaliar Saraswat guest Prof. Bhagchandra Jain Bhagendra ji, former Professor PG College Damoh Pratishthacharya Vinod ji Rajwas, Convener Dr. Rishabchandra Jain Faujdar. Firstly the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Pawan Kumar Jain welcomed all the guests with welcome statement
Chief guest Prof. Pandey elaborated on the need of temple in Indian culture and what inspiration we get from the temple. Presiding, Dr. Sudha Malaiya ji presented a very beautiful article about the Jain temple of Kundalpur. The tradition of temples is very ancient in Indian culture. In this sequence, the temple of Kundalpur was built in the 17th century. This temple was getting dilapidated and Acharya Shri Vidyasagar ji got sight of it and he put this idea among the society and in 2006 the construction of the temple started by transferring Bade Baba. In this article Dr. Sudha Malaiya ji discussed in detail about the history of Kundalpur. Pt . Shri Vinod Ji Jain presented an article on the antiquity of the Jin temple in the Jain tradition in Indore. Saraswat Guest Prof. Bhagchandra Jain Bhagendra spoke in relation to the art of the temples of Devgarh and the history of the temples enshrined in the area. Seminar Coordinator Dr. Ashish Kumar Jain, Shikshaacharya Damoh successfully conducted the inaugural session. The second session started in the afternoon. This session was presided over by Pratishthacharya Pt. Vinod ji Jain Ranjwas. Pt. Pawan Jain Diwan presented his article on the topic of sculpture of ancient and newly built Jinam temples. Shri Umesh Jain, Nohta read an article on the topic Sarvobhadra Jinalaya Nohta. Head of Sanskrit Department Dr. Ashish Jain Shikshaacharya presented his article on the topic Shantinath Jinalaya Binabarha Sagar This session was conducted by Dr. Hriday Narayan Tiwari did it. The third session was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Rishabchandra Jain Faujdar. In which Shrishti Jain Sagar presented an article on the topic of Jaiday Teerth Ishwarwara and Shri Sanjay Jain, research scholar presented an article on the subject of Jain art of Nawagarh. This session was conducted by Dr. Ashish Kumar Jain, Jain and Prakrit Studies Department did all the sessions, researchers from outside and Siddha Kshetra Kundalpur President Chandra Kumar Jain, General Secretary Roopchandra Ji Sangam, Damoh Jain Panchayat President Singhai Sudhir Kumar Jain and many dignitaries of Sakal Digambar Jain society were present. are . In the upcoming session of this seminar on October 20, the topic of newly built temples will be discussed.
