Food Safety Awareness Program

Under the National Service Scheme project of Eklavya University, food safety awareness program was organized in the presence of officials of Mobile Food Testing Laboratory in Muktakash Natyashala, with the permission of Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Sudha Malaiya, Pro-Chancellor Mrs. Pooja Malaiya, Mrs. Rati Malaiya Pawan Kumar Jain, Registrar Dr. Prafulla Sharma in the dignified presence. On this occasion, Senior Food Safety Officer Mr. Rakesh Ahirwal told several ways to identify genuine and adulterated items in daily use food items and told to complain about adulterated food items to the concerned authority. Mr. Saurabh Bhardwaj clarified the difference between pure and adulterated by experimenting on milk, curd, cheese, mava, sweets, and spices. On this occasion, teachers from Government Higher Secondary School, Nohta, Mr. Raju Jain, Govardhan Patel, Sudhir Vishwakarma, Mrs. Ratna Soni, Archana Chaurasia and Rohini Sen, along with the students of the school were present in the program. Registrar Dr. Prafulla While interacting with the students, Sharma said that for a better future, we should choose the course according to our needs. TPO Mr. Ram Kinkar Pandey, National Service Scheme Program Officer Dr. Hriday Narayan Tiwari, Dr. Sudhir Gautam, Mr. Anand Bhalla, Mr. Mukesh Tiwari, Mr. Hariom Khare along with many professors were present on this occasion.
