A mega job fair (open campus recruitment drive) was conducted on May 23 and 24, 2023, at Eklavya University by CIEL India Limited.

The drive included companies like Apollo Tyre, Voltas Beko, Tenneco Automotive India Ltd., Banco Product Ltd., Maxxis Rubber India Pvt. Ltd., Dhananjay Group, Nelson Global Products, Mubea Automotive Component Pvt. Ltd., Polycab Wire, JCB Machine, and Just Dail Ltd. at Eklavya University, Damoh, MP.
The panel selected 41 students (B.Tech., MBA, Diploma, and ITI)) and had them offer letters.
