Yogacharya Ramkrishna from Gayatri Shakti Peeth, Damoh was also present and expressed his views on the importance of Vedic mantra for mental concentration.

A special discussion was held on improving personality through worship, meditation and penance by Ms. Sweta Garg. She also discussed methods to incorporate Rishi tradition in today’s modern education system and emphasized on the significance of hand mudras Bhramri Pranayam under Pragya yoga for self realisation and spiritual practice.
