Faculty Induction Programme

School of Pharmacy, Eklavya University

The Faculty Induction Programme of the School of Pharmacy, Eklavya University was successfully organised on 17 August 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Conference Hall for the teaching faculty.

The programme focused on strengthening teaching-learning practices, academic planning, student mentoring, research and innovation, examination practices, quality documentation and professional development.

Important areas including course files, daily lecture records, practical/laboratory teaching, CO-PO/PSO mapping, question banks, student mentoring, research and publications, SWAYAM/NPTEL, digital learning, IQAC/NAAC documentation and industry/clinical exposure were discussed.

The programme was conducted under the guidance of Pro-Chancellor Shrimati Pooja Malaiya, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Pawan Kumar Jain, Registrar Prof. Dr. Prafull Sharma, Dean Academics Professor Dr. Shama Khanam, and Dean, School of Pharmacy, Dr. Shalini Bajaj.

The programme concluded with an interactive session and vote of thanks by Dean Academics, Prof. Dr. Shama Khanam. The induction programme provided a valuable platform for faculty orientation and reinforced the commitment towards quality pharmacy education, research excellence and holistic student development.
